Covid-19 Protection Policy

Our paramount concern at this time is the health and well being of our staff and our customers, as we are an online business and do not operate a face to face retail service we are well placed to protect both staff and customers alike.
As our business is based on production of self adhesive products we have always maintained a clean environment, from holding of raw stock to ensuring machines are kept in clean order, above all the cleanliness of staff that handle products has been a constant; long standing customers would vouch for our attention to detail in all areas; and will be maintained during this time.
Our contingency plans
As we have no current concerns we will continue to process orders as normal, should any product need materials to be ordered in from one of our suppliers we will advise by email that a delay may occur. We have set our delay policy; with reasoning; out below:
Our delay policy
In order to ensure our staff and customers are protected from potential contamination we have taken the decision to quarantine ALL incoming stock deliveries for a period of 72 hours, this is likely to delay orders that require new stock for upto one week.
- We will inform any customers that may face a delay via email.
- If you need an item urgently please contact us and we will advise you of current stocks.
- If you would prefer an item is delayed for an additional period please let us know.
Finally, we would like to extend our wish for all our customers, past, present and future to stay in the best of health during this outbreak.
